Australian Stock

All of our items are Australian stock with Manufacturer warranties valid in Australia, and therefore may not be supported by the manufacturer in your Country. Please contact the manufacturer for further details.

Please note where applicable, products come with Australian accessories including wall plugs and instruction manuals, and are built to comply with Australian safety laws. These accessories may not work in your Country.

Customs and Duties

All customs and duties are to be paid by the Buyer. We use DHL and Australia Post for overseas shipments, and these carriers may hold packages until these fees are paid to them. We accept no responsibility for disputes on customs and duties. Items cannot be returned due to the cost of customs and duties. We cannot refund the customs and duties paid for an item returned for any reason, including faulty or damaged items. Please contact your local taxation office for further details.

Region Coding

Please note where applicable, DVD, Blu-Ray and Game discs are Region 4 Coded. This code covers:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Central America
  • Mexico
  • South America
  • The Caribbean

Please contact us to confirm whether the item you are purchasing is region coded, as some items are region free and will work worldwide.

Depending on availability and your location.

Delivery Time

For international orders, there can be extended handling times of 2-5 days. 

Please note the shipping time estimator can be incorrect and if you require an item by a certain date we recommend contacting us before purchasing your item to get an accurate delivery date.

Shipping times may be impacted due to high demand, public holidays, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Tracking is available for most international orders. 


Returns

Luminosity Store offers 60-Day returns for faulty products.

Faulty, Dead on Arrival or Damaged items

If your item is faulty, you can choose from the following options:

  • A replacement for the same item (if the item is still available)
  • A refund
  • An exchange for another item

Any shipping fees associated with returning the item to Luminosity Store will be paid by the Buyer. 

Change of Mind

Please note there are no returns for change of mind on international orders. 

Condition

With all returns, the item must be returned in new condition with all accessories and packaging.

Exceptions

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products and software where unique codes have been used
  • Opened fragrances, creams, lotions and other health and beauty items
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition (including all packaging), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
