Are our products genuine?

Every product at Luminosity Store is genuine.

If you believe it is not upon receiving your item, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a full refund including any shipping costs for you to return the item, subject to our returns policy.

Are our products Australian stock?

Every item from Luminosity Store is Australian stock with full Manufacturer warranties valid in Australia. Other online stores import products outside official distribution channels and therefore when problems arise the Manufacturer will not offer any support or warranty. 

Buying Australian only stock from Luminosity Store also means the products come with Australian accessories including wall plugs and instruction manuals, and are built to comply with Australian safety laws.

Shipping

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once the item has been lodged with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

What does 'in transit' mean?

In transit means your item has been lodged by Luminosity Store, processed by the carrier and is on its way to your destination. This is the final step before delivery at your address is attempted.

Where are items shipped from?

Items are shipped from various regions depending on availability and the type of product. Please refer to the listing for accurate shipping information. 

What if my item is taking a long time to arrive?

Please get in touch with us and we will contact the carrier to find out the status of your item. Please note we can only lodge a missing item case if a regular post item is more than 3 days late or an express post article is more than 1 day late. As soon as we find out the status, we will let you know.


Returns

How long is the return period?

The return period is 60 days after the item was marked delivered by the carrier.

Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. Once received, the item will be checked to confirm the fault and a replacement, refund or exchange will be issued depending on your preference and availability. Shipping fees will be refunded via your preferred method where applicable.

How do I return an item?
